In an effort to get more information about the whistleblower/wrongful dismissal charges against IMS, I contacted Danny Weibling by email. Danny couldn’t provide much by way of specific information but here’s what he did have to say:
The IMS financial report reveals that I am no longer with the company. However, there is considerable disagreement regarding the facts and circumstances. The documentation and evidence in my possession clearly indicate that IMS management terminated my contract. My attorney is in the process of filing a claim for fulfillment of its compensatory elements. As the footnote indicates, retaliation under whistle blower statutes may play a role in the legal action.
I’m sorry I cannot be more specific or helpful at this time, but in these unfortunate cases attorneys always advise to refrain from further comments.
I have not been accused of any wrong doing. Sorry, I cannot, at this time, comment about the retaliation and/or whistle blower issues.
