BarterCard has released a new product aimed at bumping up the amount of real estate available in their network: realestateonbarter.com. The site is partially what the name implies. It is also a listing service for anyone who wants to sell real estate. According to the YouTube video that led me to the site, property sellers are not required to accept BarterCard dollars as part of their listing price, but they are encouraged to use BC dollars in their transaction.
Of the listings I personally browsed, the prices included between 25 and 50% barter. I did not find one property all barter.

Hi guys. Trust everything is well. Just read the article in the latest newsletter reagrding Bartercard’s new Real Estate site. This is not actually the case with this site. It is not Bartercard’s site. This site has been built and marketed by members and we are currently addressing the content and references to Bartercard with them. I am proud to say that Bartercard Australia has though, just launched OUR new website which can be viewed at http://www.bartercard.com.au and click the Bartercard property link.
Could I ask that you please notify through your next newsleter, the correction.
Kind Regards,
Andrew Barker
