I heard from Ron Whitney this morning that, “We were able to get the NC Bar to send the issue back to the sub-committee for further review and consideration. That will give us 6 more months to refine our arguments and hopefully prevail.”
Hopefully the industry can keep trading with attorneys. If you have a local bar association handy, we urge you to be vocal concerning this matter.
