After watching the great production and script of the Saturn Barter video, I am disappointed to tell you that a well-funded, high-profile internet barter company released a complete snoozer video. I found it very hard to watch, hard to listen to, and hard to be interested in. I understand that the intention of the video is to be a “User Guide” which would replace a traditional FAQ or User Guide, but wow, this one is super boring, super formal, and not very friendly. Check it out for yourself. The visual imagery is probably the only redeeming part. Their graphics are nice, but not managed well, not presented in an interesting way, and not paired with good dialogue.
