IMS Acquires Canadian Barter Co - Nationwide Barter

According to an article in the Business Journal in Milwaukee, IMS has announced the acquisition of Nationwide Barter in Canada, which will more than double the membership of IMS in Canada. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. I’m sure we will see more of this in an official release and in their quarterly reports.
