Tradebank International Franchising President Arrested on Grand Theft Charges

In what seems to be an internal struggle turned ugly, Todd Gerry, SVP of Marketing at Tradebank and President of Tradebank International Franchising, has been arrested in Orange County, Florida on charges of 3rd degree Grand Theft.

I have reached out to Tradebank for comment and received no response.

In a video posted on YouTube, someone who appears to be Mr. Gerry is seen removing what is assumed to be some kind of electric sign.

The details of the alleged theft and internal struggle are fuzzy. The matter could be between Tradebank and the owners of the newer exchange called Barter Rewards, which seems to be owned and operated by a former Tradebank franchisee.

More as details become available.
