I received this statement this morning from persons described as “ex-Ormita exchange owners, the current software provider and other victims of the Ormita fraud”.
Dear Reader,
We would like to communicate that the Ormita exchanges of Malta, represented by Mark Chetcuti and Zambia, represented by Franklin Mukakanga, as well as TimeManagement_ the software provider of the Ormita system, represented by David Polo, have all decided to unilaterally terminate any and all contracts with Ormita and Daniel Evans.
This decision comes in consideration of the evidence of fraud contained in the Ormita Report, released recently.
We have shared experiences and consulted amongst ourselves and with the ex-exchanges of United Arab Emirates, represented by Sam Fanous and United States, represented by Stephen Zadrick (World Trade X LLC) and also we continue to receive advice and support from IRTA, represented by Ron Whitney.
Many of the affected parties listed here have already filed complaints to the police in some countries and expect to continue common and/or individual legal actions against Daniel Evans and Ormita International.
We have also tried to contact the remaining exchanges of South Africa, Korea, Morocco, Slovenia, Israel and Italy with no success. We hope they will choose to follow our course once they have come to a full appreciation of the facts.
