Dennis Points Finger at Ormita Supporters

In a very interesting infographic posted to theormitareport.com Dennis Smith has accused various persons of supporting and perpetuating the fraud continued by Daniel Evans and Ormita.

David Polo, Managing Director of Time Management, a development company responsible for the software Ormita uses to transact business, has been accused of knowingly sustaining a fraudulent business. Dennis accuses him of knowing that the claims made by Ormita the world wide are/were false and doing nothing about it. As far as I can tell, Daniel Evans has no experience as a software designer, and would need to recruit someone who is, to have a world-class or even standard-class software to show prospective investors and franchisees. Dennis asserts that “the Ormita fraud would simply cease to exist have very serious difficulties” without the assistance of David and his company.

Apparently David has responded to these allegations, and had promised me a first hand response on Ormita, but at the time of writing I have not received anything yet. Theormitareport.com explains that in response David has taken steps to ensure that the fraud is exposed and shut down. We applaud any truth to these reports.

Paul Sizeland of the City of London and Michael Mainelli of Z/Yen, both involved in the City of London report used by Daniel to overcome objections posed by any potential investor or franchisee, are implicated as “highly complicit” in the perpetuation of the fraud.

Matthew Gould, British Ambassador to Israel, is accused of ignoring communication sent about problems with Ormita and enabling Daniel to further perpetrate his fraud through showing a video of the ambassador openly endorsing Ormita.

Other franchisees and supporters are named. See the infographic for yourself at http://www.theormitareport.com/ormita-fraud-supporters-meter/

From our point of view, we feel a kinship and sympathy for any franchisee currently operating or no longer operating that has been affected by Ormita. We’ve seen over and over the dangers and tyranny a franchisor can afflict on their supporters.

In all of this, we have to ask ourselves, where is Daniel Evans? Other than a single comment on the original article, we have yet to hear from him. We have not heard where he is or what he is doing. Is he attempting to shore up his relationships and continue to do business, as usual? Has he gone in to hiding? Is he sipping Maitais (sp? I obviously don’t drink…) and snacking on cucumber sandwiches somewhere on a beach?

What we do know is that things must be difficult for him right now, much like it has been difficult for other investors and franchisees of Ormita in the past.
