BCL Soft Introduces Barter21 v3.0
Barter21 version 3.0 is now available. BCL has just completed an intense overhaul of all the code resulting in the following benefits to Barter21 users:
- Quicker response times on all features (regardless of exchange size),
- A cleaner, easier to navigate look and feel,
- Responsive interface that adapts perfectly to whatever device you are using: desktop, tablet, mini-tablet, smart phone or otherwise and,
